Warning Description: Areal Flood Watch

Warning Date: 9:14 PM EST on March 11, 2010

WarningSum:...Flood Watch Remains In Effect From 6 Am Est Friday Through
Saturday Evening...

Warning Message:The Flood Watch continues for
* the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas...north-central
  and western Maryland...lower southern Maryland...eastern West
  Virginia...and northern and central Virginia
* from 6 am EST Friday through Saturday evening
* rain will continue through Saturday. The rain will be heavy at
  times Friday night and Saturday...increasing the flood threat
  for urban areas... small streams...and rivers across the area.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.
Monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible flood warnings.
Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to
take action should flooding develop.
